Million-dollar island homes reach 'Pinnacle'

Think waterfront for Phase 4 of the sales push at Reverie on the Ashley, a plush condominium midrise on the Ashley River in North Charleston.

Sales are beginning on 16 units lining the water with river views. The 1,800-square-foot luxury condos come in two- and three-bedroom floor plans with private balconies. There are elite top-floor penthouses with their own balconies and rooftop terraces with 650 square feet of private outdoor space and stunning views. The condos range from $560,000 to $960,000.

The first two phases of the 88-unit development are sold out, and just a few units remain in Phase 3.
