Nestled in between the majestic live oaks on Charleston's backporch of Wadmalaw Island, this 48 acre winery and vineyard has something for everyone. Irvin House Vineyards is the only domestic winery in Charleston, SC. They grow the grapes, harvest them, make the wine, and bottle wines on the property.

Charleston Tea Gardens

America’s only tea garden.  The 2008 harvest season has seen the introduction of five brand new American Classic items. The Charleston Tea Plantation has been open to the public for three seasons.

Gibbes Museum of Art

Charleston RiverDogs Baseball

The Charleston RiverDogs are a minor league baseball affiliate of the New York Yankees. They play in the Class A South Atlantic League and their home stadium is “The Joe” or Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park.  The RiverDogs regular season runs from April 9 to September 7.

Charleston Battery Soccer

Founded in 1993, the Charleston Battery is a professional soccer team playing in the USL First Division League.  The Battery’s home, Blackbaud Stadium, built in 1999, was the first professional soccer specific stadium in the USL First Division. The Battery qualified for the U.S. Open Final match for the first time in club history in 2008, playing against Major League Soccer team DC United.

Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens

The McRae Family purchased the plantation in 1955 and it was Mrs. McRae who furnished the house with antiques and began giving tours. Today, the McRae Family still owns the property, and they continue to make improvements to the plantation so that you, the visitor, can experience what plantation life was like in the 1800s. Boone Hall is also one of America's oldest working, living plantations.

Drayton Hall

Charleston Ballet Theatre

Charleston Stage, founded by Playwright Julian Wiles in 1978, is South Carolina’s largest professional theatre company. At The Historic Dock Street Theatre, Charleston Stage has presented over 150 productions at the theatre and played to a collective audience of over one million strong.

The Music Farm
