Reverie on the Ashley Offering Special Deal For Homeowners Seeking to Sell

Charleston condo community offering financing with no payments until buyers’ primary home sells.

Reverie on the Ashley, a community of luxury condominiums in Charleston, South Carolina, is offering special incentives aimed at helping potential homebuyers waiting for their existing residences to sell.  Created to help potential buyers take advantage of the current low interest rates and government incentives while minimizing the risks of selling in today’s tough economic conditions, the Reverie’s plan offers up to two years of mortgage payments to qualified buyers.

However, financing must be provided through a traditional lender.  This is not an offer of owner financing by the developer.
